HISTORY
Our firm has practiced architecture on the Sunshine Coast for some thirty years, however its origins date back to 1932 when Godfrey Blackburne commenced practice in Brisbane.
Since establishing our practice on the Sunshine Coast we have designed and documented many significant structures in this region and throughout Australia.
Our work has frequently been recognised by the Royal Australian Institute of Architects and local authorities with awards for excellence in planning and design.
PHILOSOPHY
We pride ourselves on providing successful design solutions for our clients. Our design methodology is a collaborative approach to creating an innovative solution as a response to brief, budget, sustainability and context.
Our commitment is to produce outstanding architecture and building which satisfies their owners' expectations and needs. To this end we provide a professional individual service to each of our clients, which draws upon our many years of experience, innovative techniques and up to date technology. With client satisfaction being a high priority, we have implemented an in house Quality Management System for our staff in order to achieve excellence in service, documentation and project delivery.

Blackburne Jackson Design is a Sunshine Coast based multi disciplinary design practice providing Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Interior Design services.
Our extensive experience has been developed to include a diverse range of project types including Residential, Multi Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Medical for a broad range of clients.
