·         Initial Concept Report: A Feasibility Analysis which will provide you with design ideas and building cost advice for renovations, alterations, additions, improvements and new homes. Fees for this service represent very good value for money.

·         Schematic Design Service: A Fast Track method to progress your project. If you are confident about the financial feasibility of your project, this traditional architectural service will get your project underway and closer to completion.

Our Extended Design & Documentation Services

These services can be tailored to suit your project, and follow either our Initial Concept Report or Schematic Design Service. Architectural extended services provide you with a customised design for your site, independent of restrictions from builder's standard schemes (this includes 'design & construct').

·         Our Minimum Design Service: Gain the Architect Advantage at generally the same cost for permit drawings as you would pay a draftsperson. Plus you will also receive our expert design development and estimating input not provided by draftspeople.

·         Our Full Design & Documentation service: The means of really saving money is to call competitive tenders and ensure that spaces like kitchens and bathrooms are fully documented, rather than using provisional sums. Includes Interior Design & Garden Architecture.

·         Our Full Service: With a good builder all will be well, but an architect’s overview will provide the safeguard to ensure that corners are not cut during construction and that variations, progress certificates and quality of materials/workmanship/extent of works are fairly assessed.
