Hobbs Smith & Holmes Architects is run by the father and daughter team of Geoff Holmes & Roslyn Holmes.  The HSH team comprises of one registered architect, two graduates of architecture, three technical draftspersons and two support staff.  Geoff as a registered architect and Archicentre accredited architect contributes over 30 years of professional, construction and local knowledge to any project.  Roslyn having graduated with honours in 2000 injects new life into Albany’s oldest architectural practice.

Services

We provide the service of sketch design, design development, contract documentation and contract administration for building and urban projects.  We also undertake pre-purchase reports, architects advice and other reports under Archicentre Limited.
