qComparative cost studies and advice on cost effective design solutions
qAdvice on materials selection and general buildability advice
qPreparation of bid documentation for tendering Head Contract and subsequent sub-contracts, including Schedules and Bills of Quantities as required
qReview of tenders received, reconciliation to budget and recommendation of contractor selection and appointment. This will include negotiations with preferred contractor to establish “recommended price” (should GMP be preferred).
