Our philosophy is to offer affordable CGI 3D Interiors to the public.
We have 3 main packages that simplifies ordering a render.
Single Room, Three Rooms, and iPlan
Single Room:
If you have the need for a single room, we can accommodate you.
Have plans for a new Rumpus Room or new Master Bedroom for your existing house?
We will model and furnish a single room & provide 3 A4-sized renders.
Three Rooms:
The most commonly requested rooms are the Kitchen, Lounge, and Master Bedroom - however we will do any 3 rooms of your choice.
We realise most Master Bedrooms have an Ensuite attached, and we will include the Ensuite in the Three Room Package.
We will provide three A4-sized renders per room, for 9 renders in total.
iPlan:
The iPlan (or Interactive Floorplan) will give you:
- Floor plan
- up to 14 Renders
- Lounge
- Kitchen
- Master Bedroom & Ensuite
- Bathroom
- Dining / Meals
- CD-ROM with iPlan - great way to present a property to a potential client
The rendered images will be suitable for websites, brochures, flyers, & A4 colour prints.

Additional Renders: Hourly Rate - discussed on an individual basis
Want to see what a room looks like with carpet and wooden floors? We can render alternate views for a modest hourly charge for the render time.
